A leader in natural health products, Blackmores has been recognised as Malaysia’s Most Trusted Vitamin and Supplement Brand as judged by Malaysians in the 2012 Reader’s Digest  Survey.

The Reader’s Digest poll is considered the region’s leading, objective barometer of brand performance which measures a broad spectrum of consumers’ brand preferences.

Now in its 14th year, Reader’s Digest polled a representative sample of 1,000 Malaysians ranking brands on trust. Survey participant are asked to name their most trusted brand in each of 43 categories, then to assign a score for the brand based on 6 key criteria:

  • Quality
  • Value
  • Understanding of Customer Needs
  • Innovation
  • Social Responsibility
