Blackmores [Buy, WhatsApp & Win Blackmores Health and Prosperity Set! ]

Contest Period

Actual transaction date: 15 December 2022 until 31 January 2023 (“Contest Period”)

All transactions or purchases made outside the Contest Period will be automatically disqualified.

The Organizer reserves the right to change, postpone, reschedule, cancel or extend the Contest Period at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility

Open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 years and above, except employees and immediate family members of Blackmores (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. (the “Organizer”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/PR agencies and suppliers.

Participation Method

1. Participants are required to follow the following steps to join this contest:

Step I: Purchase Blackmores products worth RM 88 and above (inclusive of 1 unit Blackmores Fish Oil range) in a single transaction in any outlets in Malaysia including Blackmores Flagship Store at Lazada Malaysia & Official Store at Shopee Malaysia to participate.

An increase in purchase will increase the chances to win. Every valid participating product purchased (in a single transaction slip) will be given ONE (1) random serial number. (Note: each accumulated product purchased in a receipt= 1 serial number, 2 packs of participating products = 2 serial number, 3 packs of participating products = 3 serial number and so forth)1 pack of the participating product = 1 entries.

Step II: Take a photo of the receipt for in-store purchase OR screenshot order details from Lazada or Shopee App (must show “Step II: Take a photo of the receipt for in-store purchase OR screenshot order details from Lazada or Shopee App (must show “Delivered” status) and ” status) and Invoice (from email) with (from email) with successful transaction made from Blackmores Flagship Store and WhatsApp your Name to 011-2282828.

Participant will receive a reply message (contest questions, privacy notice) via WhatsApp within 48 hours (during working days).

Participants are required to keep all original receipts (as Proof of Purchase). Failure to do so will result in the disqualification of prize won by the Participant.

Step III: 1) 80 winners will be selected per week via an automated selection system to win one (1) set of Blackmores Health &Prosperity Gift Set

- Total five hundreds (500)unit of Blackmores Health& Prosperity Gift Sets to be given away throughout the contest period.

· Prizes are awarded on a "as is" basis and the Organizer reserves the right to change the specifications and colors to be provided. Specifications and colors may differ from visuals and images that appear on printed materials.

· The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value at any time at their absolute discretion without prior notice.

· The Organizer, its agencies, affiliates, and sponsors and their representatives shall not be liable for any defects or misuse of the prizes, or to any claims, liabilities, losses or damages in connection with this Contest.

· All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.

· Participants can send as many entries but each receipt can only be used once. Contest entries will be disqualified if the same receipt is used more than ONE (1) time.

· Each household will only be eligible for ONE (1) Contest prize throughout the entire contest duration.

Winners Selection and Prize

Winner will be selected based on the following process:

· Weekly Prize Winner(s) selection: At the end of the week Period, eligible Participants will be randomly shortlisted by an automated selection system based on the total number of valid entries / submission.

1. All Receipt / Order Details / Invoice must be submitted by each contest month. For example: Receipt / purchases made for month of January 2023 must be submitted by / before end11:59 pm 31 January 2023.

2. Only Order Details from Lazada app (must show “2. Only Order Details from Lazada app (must show “Delivered” status) and Invoice (from email) with successful transaction made from Blackmores Flagship Store at Lazada Malaysia will be accepted. Other receipts or invoices that come from other resellers at Lazada Malaysia will be disqualified and disregarded.

3. Only Order Details from Shopee app (must show “3. Only Order Details from Shopee app (must show “Delivered” status) and Invoice (from email) with successful transaction made from Blackmores Official Store at Shopee Malaysia will be accepted. Other receipts or invoices that come from other resellers at Shopee Malaysia will be disqualified and disregarded.

4. Participants must submit complete Order Details and Invoice to assigned WhatsApp number within contest period.

5. Winners will be contacted by the Organizer through WhatsApp within one (1) month after each contest month has ended. The Organizer will announce the winners via mobile number or Blackmores Facebook page. The Organizer may ask for your personal information for verification purposes and/or to arrange for delivery of the prize.

6. Participant is required to provide valid identification document (Malaysian identification card) during or prior to prize redemption for Participant / Winner verification process. This is to validate the identity of the contest Participant / Winner. Proof of purchase which is faded, damaged, etc will be deemed invalid and will be disqualified.

7. The Organizer will not be responsible if the selected winners cannot be contacted for any reason. If the Organizer fails to contact the winners within one (1) month, prizes shall be forfeited or disposed at the discretion of the Organizer or nominate a substitute winner within the time allocated.

8. Processing & delivery of the prizes will be in 8 - 12 weeks upon collection of winner’s details. The Organizer will not entertain any request to extend the prizes delivery period and change

9. Delivery details of prizes is served as final once confirmed by winners and Organizer will not entertain any request to amend the details.

10. Any entries, Order Details or Invoice in unclear, incorrect, duplicate, copies, missing, illegible or incomplete conditions will not be accepted.

11. The Organizer will not be responsible for any missing, damaged, delayed package, late notices or other matters that were caused by factors outside of the Organizer’s control.

12. Images of Contest Prizes shown in any promotional materials, advertisements or other materials relating to this contest are solely for illustration purposes only and may not depict the actual Contest Prizes.

13. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prizes with other prizes of equal value without prior notice.

14. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a contest, the decisions made by the Organizer are final, binding and indisputable. 15. By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and will adhere to all and/or any decisions that have been made by Organizer.

16. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, exclude or add the contest’s Terms and Conditions without prior notice, at any point of time and all participants are bound to these changes.

18. The acceptance of prizes by the winners are taken as permission being granted to the Organizer and its agencies to use the name and/or the photo for publicity, advertising and/or marketing purposes without prior notice and/or compensations.

19. By participating in this contest and/or providing your personal data to the Organizer, you are warrant, read and understand the Privacy Policy enclosed to these Terms and Conditions and you consent to the Organizer’s processing of your personal data in accordance with said Privacy Policy. You agree to indemnity, defend, and hold the Organizer harmless against any loss, damages, costs, claims, actions, or liabilities occurring due to your breach of the aforesaid warranty and representation.

20. The Organizer has taken the relevant cautionary and security measures to ensure the safekeeping of all participants’ personal data and requires all third party’s data processors to comply to the same measures. Please note, however, that the Organizer can present the participants’ personal data should it be required to do so by the law, or by a search warrant, subpoena, or court order.
