Why does my e-mail newsletter look so messy? It is full of computer programming code.

Some people are unable to display HTML formatted newsletters correctly on their computers (HTML stands for "hyper text mark-up language" - a kind of computer code that lets you see pictures as well as plain text). If this is the case, you should switch to the text only version of our email newsletter.

I have already subscribed to the Blackmores newsletter. Why am I not receiving any emails?

Check to see that you have typed in your e-mail address correctly. If you did not receive a confirmation email, then please send an email with a brief description of the problem to enquiries@blackmores.com.au.

Some of the links within my e-mail newsletter do not work. Why is this?

Make sure that you are connected to the Internet when you click the link. Some e-mail readers and senders may not allow specific website page addresses to fit on one line, hence when you click on the link you get an error message. If this is the case, copy and paste the entire link address in your website browser's address field. If you are experiencing other problems please forward your e-mail together with details of your browser, e-mail reader/ sender (example: Microsoft Outlook) and Internet Service Provider (ISP, example, Big Pond) to enquiries@blackmores.com.au.
